At Southern Housing Group we are proud of our abilities to provide homes for sale privately and through shared ownership as well as delivering quality sales services to our tenants and homeowners. We’re looking for an experienced Market Intelligence and Insight Analyst to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis!

You’ll be based at our office in Farringdon, the buzzing yet cultural area of London which is centrally located and easy to access via various means of transport. However, we offer the flexibility for agile working to allow you to work from home and so we’ll provide you with the necessary mobile working equipment. The 35 hours per week will be worked Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day.

In this role you’ll be responsible for creating and tracking the budgets, forecasting and dashboard updating and creation, as well assisting with market research and intelligence gathering. This is a really interesting role which would be ideal for someone with great attention to detail who’s very good with numbers and a super user of Microsoft Excel!

You’ll have the power to take responsibility and make data-driven decisions, managing several priorities and continually look to make improvements. If you’re a self-motivated, well organised individual you’ll be able to take the reins in this role and develop professionally and personally. Not only that, you’ll gain valuable experience working with a variety of teams including New Business, Delivery, and Marketing!

If you have some experience in database creation and management (either professionally or in your personal life) this would be highly advantageous. Any work experience within Business Intelligence would be very welcome, including experience with Power BI.
