We are looking for a Neighbourhoods Repairs Assistant  (1 post) to join our Neighbourhoods Repairs team.

 

You will provide technical and general administration support to the Neighbourhood Repairs Team.

Responsibilities include managing contractor performance  ,  you will also be involved in the payment of the contractors. Processing invoices , data entry and reconciliation tasks and contractor referrals. You will be required respond to customer enquiries about their repairs when required, drive up customer satisfaction through service and process improvements.

You will also raise works orders and update project details on the Asset Management systems, alongside administering the repairs pre/post inspection process for the region from receipt of inspections due through to entering results into Onwards repairs system.  

You will also be required to assist with the voids administration process, managing pest control and domestic appliances. There is also the opportunity to manage or be involved in various projects within the property department. 

The successful candidate will have experience of delivering excellent customer service, an understanding of building repairs, partnership working and working as part of a team. Microsoft office skills to intermediate level are also essential.
