This post will operate on a rota basis to ensure cover is provided between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 12 noon Saturday(1 in 4)

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be doing more than just answering calls, you will be making a difference to people’s lives! In this fast paced role, you will work to agreed performance standards and targets utilising multi-media communications methods and take full ownership of all calls, striving to achieve a first time resolution.

You don't need housing experience - once you've completed our thorough 4-week training you'll know everything you need to be a part of the Accent family.

Location

Fully remote from the candidates home address - candidates must have a suitable area to work from and appropriate broadband/wifi connection. Equipment will be provided

Salary

The salary for this post will start from £18,666 per annum. Once in the role, this salary may be reviewed could increase up to £20,739 per annum, depending on performance.
