We are looking for Communications Business Partner (3 posts) to join our Communications team.
You will lead the delivery of strategic communications advice and support within a dedicated business area, by delivering a client-focused approach to strategic communications. You will provide strategy and solutions to colleagues to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives. These posts will provide communications leadership within the business in one of the following areas: property; customer service; social & environmental impact.
These posts will build and develop a network of internal and external partnerships to ensure that the objectives of Onward are delivered, whilst supporting colleagues by providing strategic advice and support to develop and deliver external medial plans and content. You will become a trusted strategic advisor for colleagues, an ambassador for the business and an advocate for customers. You will plan and produce the highest quality creative content and be innovative in new ways of getting our message across whilst aligning with our branding, style and values. This will include the development and delivery of social media and digital plans and content.
It is essential you have relevant experience in one or more of the following communications disciplines: property; customer service; social & environmental impact. This should demonstrate experience of a client-focused approach to strategic communications, providing drive, challenge and creativity. Your experience will include designing and implementing strategic communications plans and campaigns, across multiple channels including preparing media releases and building relationships with journalists. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to win the trust and confidence of partners and provide strategic communications advice and creative solutions with credibility including drafting and creatively editing the highest quality communications materials.
