We are looking for a Treasury Manager (1 post) to join our Finance Team.

 

This post will be responsible for the day-to-day treasury management activities for the Group including, liquidity and debt management, cash forecasting, related financial reporting and relationship management.  You will support the annual financial planning process for the Group in relation to modelling existing funding.

Working with the Head of Financial Planning you will assist to deliver the annual Treasury Strategy as approved by the Treasury Committee and Ensure adherence to the Group Treasury Policy.  You will manage the day to day debt and cash management and forecasting for Onward, managing debt and liquidity as laid out in the treasury policy.  You will support the delivery of treasury reporting in management accounts, exec/committees and statutory accounts and complete the quarterly reforecast and budget monitoring for treasury related expenditure.  This will provide necessary assurances and performance reporting against best practice.

You will develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders both internal and external to the finance team and support maintenance of accurate and timely records in relation to cash, investments, and indebtedness. You will advise on and keep abreast of correct accounting for treasury instruments and collate and submit funder submissions and regulatory quarterly survey returns, accurately and in line with the deadlines laid out in the funder documents and regulatory framework.

It is essential you hold a specific treasury qualification (Part or fully qualified) with experience in a senior finance or treasury role, demonstrating up to date knowledge of finance and treasury management legislation.  You will have the ability to design treasury policies and procedures, with experience of cash flow forecasting and business planning and of leading financial professionals and their professional development.  You should have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload.
