An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Housing Strategy and Development Manager in our Housing and Investment Directorate at the City of Lincoln Council.

As Housing Strategy and Development Manager you will be pivotal in supporting and driving forward the development of affordable housing, new build programmes and driving high quality housing standards in the City.

You will have a proven track record in policy and strategic development within a Local Authority or Housing Association environment, significant evidence of partnership working across the public, private and voluntary sectors with the ability to be politically sensitive and have the credibility and excellent communication skills to unite our dedicated team and partners.

You will have excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to produce accurate and concise information. You will have the ability to lead your teams across your service area, with an ambition to drive excellence for our customers and residents. We are seeking a motivated and innovative person, with good attention to detail, who can work proactively with internal and external partners.
