Are you seeking an opportunity to become an HR Administrator, learning through the Apprenticeship Scheme?  Do you have a desire to work in an HR Team; learn strong administrative skills; find out how to complete routine tasks in a methodical way; learn how to multitask and deal with a diverse range of people with tact and diplomacy with a focus on customer service?

If so, you may be interested in our opening for a HR Administration Apprentice based in Horsham on a full-time basis. You will be hired as an apprentice for the length of your training course.  

You’ll be based at our modern, vibrant office in the heart of the historic Horsham town; being a convenient location which is close to a selection of shops, bars and restaurants and just a 5-minute walk from the train station (we also have on-site parking available). We also offer the flexibility for agile working to allow you to work from home and so we’ll provide you with the necessary mobile working equipment. You will complete both study hours and working hours up to 35 hours per week and will be supported in developing your understanding of HR services and processes.

The successful applicant will assist the HR Assistants in the administration of a variety of HR tasks. This will include accurate processing of data on to our HR system; production of letters and emails for internal and external customers; assisting with employee references and criminal record checks. 

You will need to be able to type and understand Microsoft products, particularly Microsoft Word and Outlook. We will upskill in Excel and Visio as required.
