Hyde are looking for a Fire Safety Operations Manager (you’ll be known internally as a Fire Programme Manager) to join the Fire Safety & Delivery team.

The team are responsible for all Fire Safety across Hyde’s 50,000+ property portfolio, including major fire safety remediation projects including cladding works, fire safety mitigation, planned fire safety works and servicing and reactive works.

You’ll work closely with and report directly to the Head of Fire Safety & Delivery and be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple workstreams within the team, these may include major fire safety projects, waking watch, FRA actions and various planned works programmes (for example fire doors, fire stopping, active fire, security and more). Each of these workstreams is managed by a workstream manager and your role will be to support and offer strategic management in line with Hyde’s corporate strategic objectives as well as the objectives and ambitions of the Fire Safety and Delivery team.

You’ll be able to clearly demonstrate the following skills:

• Experience managing large complex budgets across a range of service areas (you’ll be responsible for managing in excess of £10m)
• Experience managing multiple projects / service areas
• Highly analytical and organised
• Experience working with multiple senior stakeholders across multiple service areas

You will be classed as an agile worker, required to spend at least 40% of your time working from a Hyde office and the remaining can be working from home.

Your office location will be one of Hyde’s main offices in either London or Chichester however your work will involve travelling across Hyde’s locations throughout London, the South East and Peterborough.
