We're looking for a permanent addition to our supported housing team, where you'll work on development opportunities for housing related support services. We focus on homeless, mental health, and learning disability services, aiming to integrate our housing and care offers to tackle the root causes of the challenges our customers face to increase independence. A lot of the activity is tender led, but we also work hard to work creatively with commissioners to design services in partnership to find innovative solutions to their specific needs. We have more than 350 services across England and this role will concentrate on our south region, though this does not restrict where the successful candidate needs to live.

Home Group is making a mark on the NHS Transforming Care agenda, working with commissioners across the country to identify person-centred housing and care solutions for people currently in hospital and residential placements. This activity is partnership led, requiring building close working relationships with commissioners and multi-disciplinary teams, alongside our internal clinical team, to find creative ways of transitioning people with complex needs into their own homes. This is a challenging role as we're trying to achieve something completely new, but a brilliant opportunity to be involved in services the really do transform people's lives!
In either role, you work in partnership with our Operational Managers to develop innovative services that help people to thrive. You’ll be seeking out new opportunities, developing relationships with existing as well as new commissioning teams, across the social care and health sectors. You’ll have the support of our fantastic clinical and operational teams as you develop new services, ensuring that we have the right practice and interventions to meet the complex needs of the people we provide services to. Together we’ll make a difference!
