Salary: £25,250 to £32,775 per annum

Hours: 36 per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We're recruiting a Strategic Support Officer to provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team at Clarion Futures.

We're seeking an organised and reliable individual to help coordinate and deliver a wide range of activities across the directorate. This diverse and high profile role will require an individual who can adapt themselves to a variety of tasks with a high attention to detail and quality of work. Activities will include supporting development of business intelligence and management information, performance data collation, compliance, general administration and communications. Reporting progress and issues to a range of stakeholders, including the Clarion Futures Senior Management Team.

Other key responsibilities will include:-

  • Supporting Manager with data protection and data compliance issues for Clarion Futures, ensuring that Futures is protected (as far as possible) from breaches.
  • Coordinating and updating the Directorate's risk register, including regularly updating the tool.
  • Leading the collation of data needed for performance reporting, managing the submissions from multiple stakeholders across Clarion Futures to ensure timely provision, accuracy and consistency.

The successful candidate will be highly IT literate and experienced in managing administrative tasks. You'll have sound experience in as well as demonstrable knowledge of compliance issues and how they can be managed.
