  • Supervising and monitoring core systems to ensure consistent availability to the business.

  • Working with and assisting the training team to recommend appropriate training for end users.

  • Participating in the design, implementation and testing of improvements to the core business systems.

We’d love to meet someone with:

  • Experience of working within a 2nd or 3rd line support environment.

  • Experience of working on technical projects.

  • The ability to manage a high and varied workload, balancing conflicting priorities as required.

  • Ideally experience of working with MS Dynamics and Orchard Housing.

  • Ideally experience of working within the social housing sector.

Amongst what we offer you is:

  • A competitive salary of £30,624 - £35,693.

  • 28 days holiday PLUS Bank Holidays.

  • A generous contributory pension scheme.

  • Private health care.

  • Free life assurance.

  • Access to an extensive suite of wellbeing services and tools including a digital gym.

  • Opportunities for learning and development.

  • Discounted gym membership.

  • Retail discount scheme.

Please note the successful candidate will be required to complete a basic DBS application and this will need to be returned and verified by bpha before a start date can be provided.

Closing date: Monday 16th August, 2021
