Housing Solutions Team Leader – The Role:

Housing Solutions Team Leader – Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Strategic Housing Manager, the Housing Solutions Team Leader will be responsible for the delivery of the frontline Housing Options and Community Lifeline services.

The postholder will be key to providing a range of creative housing solutions to meet local housing needs, prevent and tackle homelessness and promote independent living.

Housing Solutions Team Leader – You:

- You will have proven experience of working in a housing and community alarm environment and delivering services to vulnerable groups

- You will need extensive knowledge of housing policies, procedures and practices in housing allocations, homelessness and experience of managing a Choice Based lettings Scheme

- You will also need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to build successful partnerships, experience of performance management, financial monitoring and statistical analysis

- You will need to be a car driver as driving is involved in this post and occasional out of hours rota cover for temporary accommodation will be required
