We are currently looking for two exceptional leaders to join the team in senior roles that are key to realising our future ambitions. As part of our Executive Team, you will play a key role in building on the successful strides we have already taken in making sure the communities we work in flourish. Chief Operating Officer:

Our new Chief Operating Officer will be driven to shape thriving neighbourhoods with our customers across Merseyside and Cheshire. As one of three members of the Executive Team, you’ll be an inclusive, inspiring leader who shares our values, is committed to our social purpose, and wants to make a lasting difference. You’ll know the importance of listening to and advocating for our customers, making sure we continue to place them at the centre of our decision making. We’re looking for someone with wide ranging housing experience at a senior level as the postholder will be leading a broad portfolio including Housing, Repairs & Maintenance, Supported Housing, Strategic Asset management, Customer Service and Locality Planning.

You’ll have excellent strategic planning skills and sound financial management, both crucial to us achieving our ambitions. You’ll share the passion of our teams for continuous improvement, focused on understanding and adapt to the emerging needs of our business and customers.

Your office base will be our beautiful new Atlantic Pavilion office in Liverpool, but you will visit all of our offices and communities across Cheshire and Merseyside on a regular basis as part of your role. 

We have recently adopted a more agile approach to working, giving colleagues a level of freedom and flexibility in how and where they work, so while you are welcome in the office at any time, there is no expectation for you to be there five days a week.
