We are currently looking for two exceptional leaders to join the team in senior roles that are key to realising our future ambitions. As part of our Executive Team, you will play a key role in building on the successful strides we have already taken in making sure the communities we work in flourish. Deputy Chief Executive:

Plus Dane’s Deputy Chief Executive will be excited by the opportunity to champion high performance and transformation across the organisation so that our ambitions around continuous improvement are met. You’ll be a strategic thinker with the ability to turn strategy into action that benefits our customers and colleagues.

You will share our values and social purpose and work collaboratively across a multi-disciplinary Leadership team to make a lasting difference. In partnership with the Board and as one of three members of the Executive Team, you will demonstrate that you are able to bring together and empower others to achieve for our customers.

We’re looking for an inclusive and inspiring leader to lead a wide-ranging portfolio including Finance and Treasury, Governance and Assurance, IT, Programmes and Performance Improvement, Development and Strategic Sourcing. You may have developed your career outside of the housing sector and sector experience is not essential, but what is essential is that you are highly commercial with exceptional financial acumen, skills we believe you will need to effectively develop these core services.

Your office base will be our beautiful new Atlantic Pavilion office in Liverpool, but you will visit all of our offices and communities across Cheshire and Merseyside on a regular basis as part of your role. 

We have recently adopted a more agile approach to working, giving colleagues a level of freedom and flexibility in how and where they work, so while you are welcome in the office at any time, there is no expectation for you to be there five days a week.
