This Role

This is an exciting role for a Transitions Coordinator, who will be responsible for providing high quality effective administration services to support the successful delivery of MTVH’s property transition projects.

Working with internal and external stakeholders you will be supporting with property evaluations service mobilisations, change of use, service closures and new property agreements. You will need to build strong working relationships to deliver these projects effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

If you have an understanding of services delivered in Care & Support or Housing and are looking to develop your career this could be the opportunity for you.You will be responsible for your own workload and should be able to demonstrate managing and supporting on numerous projects at any one time.

The successful applicant will be required to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders both verbally and in writing.

You will also be required to interpret complex written and numerical information so should have good literacy and numeracy skills.
