Following the creation of the Customer Operations Directorate, and as we enter Year 2 of our 'Unlocking Performance' corporate strategy, we move to the next stage of service improvements in delivery by appointing a Head of Property Services.
You will be responsible for both the delivery of our Asset Management and Repairs Services (including the in-house contractor Homeworks) delivering repairs, maintenance and property improvement services for Gateway Housing Association and driving up resident satisfaction with Property Services.
You'll work closely with colleagues to coordinate and deliver our ambitious and challenging Asset Management strategy and be a key member of the Senior Management Team.
Your role will include the management of the Homeworks Operations Manager, Senior Surveyor, Resident Liaison Officer, Mechanical & Electrical Contracts Manager
You will have experience and knowledge of working in a property related field, with delivery of excellent Asset Management and responsive repair services. You must possess excellent communication, team building and leadership skills enabling you to lead, manage and motivate staff so that a personalised, cost effective and high-quality service is always provided.
