BCP Council is in a period of exciting transformation as a council which is now just over 2 years old, has ambitious plans for growth and is the tenth largest urban council in the country.  

Having recently restructured our teams, we are looking for someone with the right experience and drive to move our property maintenance and construction services forwards.  We have exciting opportunities for operational transformation ahead of us and also want to make better use our wholly owned company structures to drive commercial growth alongside our internal work. 

This is a new role which will focus on transforming our maintenance and construction services provided for our council housing, corporate estate and external clients.
