We have three exciting opportunities for Project Managers to join us in the delivery of our exciting and high-profile New Homes for Neighbourhoods programme.

We are looking for three highly motivated people with experience in managing and delivering housing and/or regeneration projects to join our dynamic team. You will work with colleagues across the council, our partners and a range of key stakeholders in the city to deliver your projects.

About the role

Brighton & Hove is a city with an acute ‘housing crisis’, with over 16,000 households on the housing register, 1,800 in temporary accommodation and a serious shortage of affordable homes. Part of the Council’s response to the housing crisis has been to develop an innovative ‘New Homes for Neighbourhoods’ programme, with an ambition to build at least 500 new council homes. The programme has been successful and has completed 13 new build projects with more onsite, in planning or at other stages in the programme pipeline.

We are looking for highly motivated people with experience in managing and delivering housing and/or regeneration projects to join our dynamic team. You will work with colleagues across the council, our partners and a range of key stakeholders in the city to deliver your projects.
