About the Role

This is an incredible opportunity to lead the operational, day to day functioning of the Haringey Integrated VCS (Voluntary and Community Sector) Team. Matrix management with BEHMHT (Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust) in line managing a number of Community Engagement Practitioners and Peer Workers of the team.

Role Requirements

• Relevant experience working in a mental health setting
• Understanding and practical knowledge of recovery, peer support and coproduction/involvement
• Ability to maintain boundaries and form a positive therapeutic relationship with service users and carers
• Ability to work to ensure effective communication both within and outside the service
• Awareness of treatment outcomes, recovery tools, care planning, assessment of risk
• Experience of facilitating groups
• Experience of liaising with other agencies and partners
• Awareness of treatment outcomes, recovery tools, care planning, assessment of risk
• Awareness and understanding of the functions of MDT
• Understanding of clinical and managerial supervision
