Job Description

"Now with the increased capacity to quickly grow our pipeline, this is an exciting opportunity for the right person to shape our business in the Yorkshire region. This role offers real potential for accelerated career progression in line with the companies ambitions to realise exponential growth," Ryan Blair, Chief Operating Officer.

Our soon to be Business Development Manager (Yorkshire) will be responsible for the company's acquisition of S106 allocated Affordable property across the Yorkshire region. This successful applicant will build positive working relationships with new and existing clients, identifying, assessing, analysing and bidding on opportunities to purchase Affordable property on behalf of the company. Reporting directly to the COO, performance will be measured against KPI's pre-set by management and shareholders.

The role offers a high degree of direct responsibility and level of autonomy. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work remotely or from Auxesia Homes co-working space in Leeds City Centre. They will also be required to attend internal meetings when required in person at Auxesia Homes Head Office in Knutsford, Cheshire.

The Successful Applicant

  • Excellent business development acumen to generate new partnerships
  • Track record in developing housing business relationships within the Yorkshire region
  • Background within housing new-build projects and relevant contacts
  • Understanding & interest in affordable housing S106 projects
  • Strong persuasion, influencing & negotiation skills
  • Self motivated and eager to progress
  • Relevant qualifications
