Job Details
We are looking to recruit a positive individual to work as our Customer Service Centre Advisor based in Boston. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week Monday – Friday 08.90 – 17.30 and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £17,143 - £17,675 per annum.
LHP manages nearly 12,700 affordable homes and offers a range of other services to support people and communities across Lincolnshire. LHP was created in April 2018 following the merger of two established Lincolnshire social housing providers.
As a charitable community-based organisation we channel profit back into services and projects that benefit our customers and local neighbourhoods.
Customer Service Centre Advisor Role:
We are looking for a positive, motivated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will work as part of the current Customer service Centre team, being the first point of contact for customers dealing with a wide variety of queries across multiple channels including: phone, email, social media, SMS, WhatsApp, and web chats.
As our Customer Service Centre Advisor you have the following skills:
