About the role

As a Receptionist at Rooftop, you will act as the first point of contact, answering and directing calls for customers to relevant employees and teams in a professional, polite and efficient manner. You will provide customers with an efficient, courteous, speedy and friendly reception service, providing accurate information and advice to customers on the services we offer, recording visitors and signing for deliveries.

About you

You will have experience of working in a similar role, within a busy and varied office environment. You’ll have a strong customer focus and experience of dealing with customers over the telephone. Accuracy and attention to detail is key, as are good interpersonal and communication skills

You will be IT literate, including Microsoft Office, and be able to work well under pressure.

Experience of working in a similar social housing environment is desirable, but not essential.
