About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Enforcement Managers to join our management team in Oldham on a permanent basis.

We’re a service of 4 team managers, 25 Tenancy Enforcement Caseworkers, 4 Fraud Investigation Officers and 8 assistants. We’re based in various locations around the country but operate nationally, with teams working on cases across all stock areas. In this role, you’ll lead the operational running of the Tenancy Enforcement service, supporting geographically dispersed team managers to deliver high levels of performance, customer satisfaction and staff engagement via a consistent, unified approach. You’ll also work closely with the head of service to deliver the overarching, strategic aims of the business and achieve positive outcomes for Guinness and our customers.

What we’re looking for
This is such an important role for Guinness and we’re keen to hear from people able to lead, inspire and engage teams – driving performance to deliver a strong, national tenancy enforcement service that provides an exceptional customer experience.

We know how we do things is just as important as what we do, so you’ll not only be a senior Housing Services professional with excellent legal knowledge, but you’ll also be passionate about what Guinness are here to do. You’ll also be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience of managing and motivating multiple teams.
  • Proven experience of successfully leading / managing / implementing change.
  • Experience of delivering exceptional service to a diverse range of customers through others.
  • Proven experience of setting and achieving challenging targets.
  • Proven experience of supporting and working with customers and customer representatives to monitor and improve services.
  • Effective management of significant and complex budgets.
  • Proven experience of effective relationship / stakeholder management; establishing and building key relationships to raise the profile of Guinness and improve partnership working.
  • Knowledge of relevant Tenancy Enforcement (including Safeguarding) working practice.
  • Ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and successfully implement improvements.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
  • Demonstrates the Guinness Leadership and Management Standard
