We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Property Compliance Manager based in Bristol. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £43,000 - £46,000 per annum.

About our Property Compliance Manager role:

The key responsibility of the Property Compliance team is to provide an excellent customer focused Asset Management service and contribute to the provision of homes that are safe and comfortable for customers. This involves supporting the delivery of a high-quality service to residents and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities as our Property Compliance Manager:

- Ensure our homes and customers are safe and works are carried out in accordance with Brighter Places H&S policies and statutory obligations.
- Lead in the delivery and performance reporting of safety servicing programmes, ensuring that a robust process is in place.
- Lead in the implementation and delivery of the Property Safety MOT programme.

What we’re looking for in our Property Compliance Manager:

- A higher education qualification (e.g. degree) and/or relevant construction, maintenance or building related professional qualification.
- Knowledge and understanding of legislation, policy and regulatory frameworks applicable to landlord statutory compliance.
- Experience of effective risk identification and risk management (including Health & Safety implications).
