Our Customer Service Centre is currently seeking to recruit 2 Receptionist’s for our Grimsby offices. You will join us on a part-time, 12 month fixed term basis working 22 hours per week. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £17,143 rising to £17,675 (Pro rata)

LHP manages nearly 12,700 affordable homes and offers a range of other services to support people and communities across Lincolnshire. LHP was created in April 2018 following the merger of two established Lincolnshire social housing providers.

As a charitable community-based organisation we channel profit back into services and projects that benefit our customers and local neighbourhoods.

The Receptionist Role:

We are looking for a positive, motivated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will work as part of the current reception team supporting LHP’s print and post function, meet and greet visitors at our Grimsby office, and general administration activities.  You will be working with the wider customer service centre team as well as our customers, agencies and contractors. Comprehensive training will be provided.

As our Receptionist you have the following skills:

Excellent customer service skills

•             Good time management

•             A pro-active approach to service delivery

•             Be computer literate

•             Demonstrate flexibility and be a team player
