We are looking to fill a unique position as the sole part time member of staff to run our 30 property, locally based Housing Association in Rochdale.
Are you experienced in housing management, repairs & maintenance, budgets, I.T.? Are you able to deal with tenants, contractors, and a variety of other agencies, keep good financial records and have an interest in policy, if so why not apply for this rewarding yet equally challenging role?
