Are you looking for a new challenge in the fundraising sector?
We're recruiting for a Fundraising and Business Development Manager to lead the delivery of a fundraising programme that meets Clarion's external funding targets each year to support the work of Clarion Futures and other parts of the Group. Drawing on your extensive experience and expertise in the fundraising sector, you'll be responsible for successfully developing and implementing a national fundraising strategy whilst establishing strategic partnerships with corporate organisations and businesses to support the achievement of Clarion Futures objectives.
You'll also be responsible for:-
- Making/supporting bids for external funding ensuring a high quality of submission and success rates ensuring the Group's reputation in the field is maintained and enhanced
- Building strong and effective partnerships to support funding bids
- Working closely with operational teams to support creation of a comprehensive delivery plan for large and complex externally funded programmes ensuring high standards of reporting, assurance and achievable performance related targets are set and achieved
We're looking for professionals with extensive experience of supporting delivery of large and highly complex externally funded programmes on a commercial basis such central government contracts. You'll also need experience of operating and successfully influencing at a senior level Extensive experience of building strong networks and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
