About The Team
Our Estates Contract Team is responsible for managing external contractors who provide a range of estate based services such as grounds maintenance & cleaning services, as well as other services relating to the maintenance of our communal schemes. We also provide a central ordering service to for other parts of the business as well logistical support in relation to invoicing.

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in our Oldham office on a 9-month Fixed Term contract.

The successful applicant will provide a comprehensive administration and support service to the Estates Contract Team. This will include raising purchase orders, establishing good relations with our contractors and suppliers, keeping accurate records and updating systems, minute taking ensuring compliance with GDPR at all times.

What we’re looking for

You’ll not only be a highly organised Administrator, but you’ll also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. You’ll also be able to demonstrate:

  • Good written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple work assignments.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to agreed timeframes and targets.
  • IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail to enable accurate recording for audit purposes.
  • Experience of Oracle Cloud is desirable.
  • Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Level 2 (GCSE Grade A*-C / 9-4) in English and maths
