We currently have exciting opportunities for two experienced PA’s to join us. You’ll be professional, organised and passionate about providing outstanding customer service, using these skills to support two Directors and their wider teams.

What you will be doing: 

We need our PA’s to be highly motivated with excellent communication skills. You’ll be responsible for providing administrative support including managing diaries and inboxes and you’ll also support committee meetings by preparing and publishing agendas, taking minutes and producing action logs.

You’ll support the wider teams in planning their monthly reporting and approval processes and you’ll also be responsible for maintaining efficient computer filing systems.

We’d love to meet someone with:  

You’ll be working to strict deadlines so excellent organisational skills are a must along with the ability to confidently use MS Office. Previous experience of support at Director level is essential and you’ll be confident when taking minutes and proofreading. You’ll be responsible for planning your own workload so you’ll be able to manage this effectively and it would be advantageous for you to have some knowledge of Convene meeting paper publication portal or similar.

We have two roles available, one supporting Director of Development & Sales and Director of External Affairs and one supporting our Director of Customers & Services and Director of Assets and Compliance. Both of these roles are busy yet rewarding and support key Directorates within the organisation.
