Salary: £ 22,027.00 - £ 25,910.00 per annum

Job Location: Covering Swallow House, 25 Miles Road, Haringey, London, N8 7SN and other sites as required

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We're looking for an experienced individual with a love for providing top level customer service to provide an intensive housing management service to our residents living in Clarion's LiveSmart over 55's housing. You'll be the first point of contact and a front of the house.

Day to day you'll work with other housing teams, arrange viewings and enable residents to settle into the scheme. You'll be responsible for managing access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors.

You'll report any safeguarding concerns as appropriate, and make referrals to other agencies where residents need additional support. You'll deal with H&S and compliance, maintenance issues, resident's arrears and low level ASB.

You must be flexible, calm under pressure and able to deal with emergencies if required. With excellent time management skills you'll be able to organise and prioritise your own workload, whilst maintaining high customer service standards.
