Connect Housing are looking to recruit a Domestic Abuse Administration and Monitoring Assistant to provide an efficient, effective, professional administration and clerical support to the Domestic Abuse Team.
Delivering the Associations high standards and priorities through an innovative, dynamic, results driven approach, you’ll be the first point of contact for referrals and external organisation queries, assisting our Support Coordinators and Family Support Worker as and when required.
Working consistently and assertively, using a range of multi-agencies approach in order to provide coordinated support and achieve the best possible outcome, whilst considering the range of multiple complex support needs.
With experience of working within a customer focused administration role, you’ll have significant experience of using Microsoft Office and will have excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to deliver high standards in a dynamic working environment.
