We are looking for a Head of Digital Services (1 post) to join our Customer Services team.
The Head of Digital Services will lead, manage and continuously develop Onward’s Digital Strategy. Turning strategy into action; working with both colleagues and customers across the business to create ambitious digital transformation plans that seek to maximise the value of technology and digital services. To support improvements in both customer and colleague satisfaction and organisational efficiency.
The role will focus on being a champion for ‘Digital Onward’ across the organisation, working collaboratively with colleagues to define, implement and deploy effective solutions to support business, organisational and customer service improvements. The successful candidate will design and deliver change workshops and partner with functional teams to develop a prioritised roadmap and action plans to support the delivery of Onwards digital strategy, whilst leading large scale technology and system projects collaboratively with our project office and ICT leads, as well as maximising potential of existing technologies.
In order to be successful you should have a demonstrable track record of leading and delivering large scale digital change programmes, be a digital specialist with a clear understanding of how AI, RPA and digital design thinking can provide value to both customers and colleagues. Experience of ICT architecture and design is also important. You will also be educated to degree level or with relevant senior level experience.
All posts are recruited to the recruitment salary and movement to the confirmed salary is based on successful completion of a 6 month probation.
