What you'll be doing
You will be leading a high calibre Executive team to drive the transformation of the core fundamentals of our business, as well as continue the extensive growth and modernisation journey we are on.
Reporting to the Board Chair, you will have responsibility for the strategic leadership, overall management and performance of the organisation.

When and where you'll be doing it
This role is full time and offers an annual salary of circa £160,000 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
Golding Homes’ head office is in central Maidstone in our new modern and bright office space which offers creative, collaborative and flexible ways of working. Golding has always valued agile and flexible working, which has proved a bonus over the past year of lockdowns, and we are happy to consider flexible working arrangements for this position.
