 Langley House Trust is an innovative Christian charity that provides specialist housing, programmes and support services in the community, and targeted advice in prisons, for offenders seeking to live crime-free. Established for over 60 years, Langley House Trust Group is today a dynamic £17m organisation, working with around 686 clients in 2020-21, and it has earned an enviable reputation for reducing reoffending with proven results. We are are growing and expanding our service delivery models.  The new role of Finance and Business Director will take the lead on financial strategy, planning, stewardship, risk and control, and ensure compliance with the Group’s legal and regulatory obligations. They will lead IT and GDPR ensuring the Group is equipped to bring in and benefit from relevant developments in technology. Candidates will bring demonstrable experience of financial leadership, of maintaining strong budgetary control and contributing to the formulation and delivery of strategy.
