We are currently seeking a Void Coordinator to join our team on a part time basis to manage the voids process, ensuring void turnaround times are kept to a minimum.

What you will be doing: 

  • To provide an effective coordination and administrative support service for void properties ensuring that all our customer's needs are met.

  • To record and maintain accurate records of works to void properties.

  • To assist in the wider team providing support and assistance where required.

  • Assisting in the management or the key cabinet for the wider organisation.

  • Updating systems promptly to ensure other departments understand the status of the void.

  • Ensuring void expenditure is within expected budget and suitable controls in place to ensure value for money is achieved.

We’d love to meet someone with:  

  • Knowledge and experience of construction, voids and maintenance.

  • Excellent planning/organisational skills.

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, Asset database software alongside housing management software packages.

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly (verbally and in writing).
