We are looking for aspiring Finance professional to join our expanding Finance team, to manage our treasury team as we begin the process to raise £350M.

This is a fascinating time to be involved both in the social housing sector and with Jigsaw Homes. This will be a challenging but rewarding role and for the right person.

Overview of Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior/Executive Management team on any/all financial aspects of the business including financial returns, analysis, statutory accounts, business planning and operational support.
  • Work with the other Assistant Director within Finance plus Senior Management team to ensure there is a cohesive approach to the provision of financial information across the Group.
  • To carry out all aspects of staff management including performance appraisals, training and recruitment

Candidate Requirement

  • Recognised chartered or certified accounting qualification
  • Excellent communication skills and organisational abilities; you’ll demonstrate a strong track record of collaboration showing your ability to build effective relationships
  • Translate a sound understanding of all legislation, case law, regulations and rules associated with the role

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience

Location: Leigh or Ashton-Under-Lyne

35 flexible hours per week between 7am & 7pm, Monday to Friday or 35 compressed hours per week between 7am & 7pm, over 4 days.

Option to work from home up to 50% of the week on completion of satisfactory probationary period.
