We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst (1 post) to join our ICT team.

Reporting to the Infrastructure and Systems Manager, you will provide advice, support and guidance to business users for a broad range of client side ICT technologies, devices and applications and be responsible for their installation, configuration and maintenance.  You will diagnose and resolve incidents, requests and problems, across the full service desk workloads, priorities and escalating where appropriate in a timely manner and deal with service desk calls as required.  You will support the day to day operations of ICT Infrastructure systems, ensuring that all systems and solutions are fit for purpose and fully documented.

It is essential you have experience of working in a service desk environment with ITIL methodologies, delivering high levels of customer services within a SLA environment.  Providing a professional service to our customers, you will have experience of installing, configuring and supporting a wide range of desktop hardware, software and security systems including implementing Microsoft technologies.  You will have an understanding of the practices and environments of the housing sector.
