You’ll be responsible for providing an efficient works allocation and scheduling service within our Repairs and Maintenance service. You will promote efficiency, drive productivity whilst providing brilliant customer service.

About our team
You’ll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about delivering first class maintenance services to customers. You will have the support of a fantastic management team, our Repairs and Maintenance Manager Chris, who loves the great outdoors and being out on his mountain bike.
Our Customer Service and Planning Manager James has recently joined Home Group. He has over 10 years’ experience of housing and maintenance services, he also loves the great outdoors, Kayaking, Walking and cycling. You will report into James and join a new and exciting team that doesn’t just love to support our customers, we’re there for each other too!

When you’ll work
It’s the team’s unwritten rule that you attend the important appointments in life, be it your child’s school play, your partner’s graduation, or to get your new fridge delivered. You will have experience of working in a fast-paced repairs and maintenance environment with knowledge of managing and developing a workforce planning system. You’ll thrive working in a fast-changing environment with brilliant customer service skills to manage changing priorities.
You will have brilliant knowledge of Repairs and Maintenance activities with experience in processes and sequencing in responsive, planned and cyclical work programmes plus knowledge of trade activities in a construction environment. You will have a keen eye for detail and hit the ground running working within our Scheduling Team managing compliance work carried out by our repairs team. A knowledge of compliance workstreams and prior experience managing compliance scheduling and Microsoft Excel is essential.
Here at Home Group we have invested heavily in our future and use current and up to date systems and equipment. You’ll be issued with the latest kit, which could include a Surface Pro and mobile. So, it's really important to us that you are technologically savvy (or at the very least not a technophobe!)
You’ll be office based for the majority of your time and you may need to occasionally travel across our work locations.
