The role is an opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career in managing a housing options service. The right candidate will have the confidence to manage and develop both the team and the service using their detailed knowledge of housing and homelessness law as well as their ability to inspire people. In addition, they will also want to build on their experience of working in partnership to create, evolve and improve services.

You will take a leading role in delivering Erewash’s Homelessness Strategy, influencing and working with partners to meet its objectives within the Homelessness Forum and across countywide strategic partnerships. Your ability to influence and lead others to make change will be tested but you will be supported in succeeding in this challenging area.
