Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced leader to guide our development team as we work towards our ambition to grow our business, delivering 1,500 homes over the next ten years.

Using your knowledge, technical expertise and enthusiasm, you’ll inspire and help our people to deliver exceptional performance, building homes that our customers can be proud of.  You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of high-value projects from concept to completion, meeting the needs of a diverse range of customers using innovative techniques that help us stand out from the crowd.

As an experienced leader of a development team (or function), you’ll have built brilliant relationships with local authorities, developers, contractors and consultants and the ability to engage others across the business. Your commercial acumen and regeneration experience will help us deliver our development strategy, striding forward with our landmark regeneration project in Ham and meeting our ambitions around factory-built homes.

You'll manage in the present, but have a keen eye on the future, leading the way as we design and deliver high quality, energy efficient homes that are fit for the future. As part of the leadership team, you’ll live and breathe our behaviours and values, working collaboratively across the business to drive stellar performance and engagement.
