It’s a ground-breaking development that designed to help residents and the community start well, live well and age well. Limelight offers 81 Extra Care apartments for those aged 55 and over and offers peace of mind of specialist care and support on-hand.
We are now looking for a Centre Manager to take overall operational and functional responsibility for the Limelight Community Hub and it’s offering.
As our Centre Manager, you will lead on building management and fire safety, hospitality, events and room bookings, community engagement and service creation and delivery, and the relationship management of the anchor tenants (health and wellbeing businesses that operate from the building; library, pharmacy, GP, Opticians, hairdressers and nursery).You will lead, engage and support the team in the delivery of a first class service to all our customers, both internal and external.
Do you have experience of managing a building and diverse teams? Do you have experience of service delivery management in a community or hotel/hospitality setting? If so, we’d love to hear from you!
We’re looking for an individual who has exceptional communication skills and a strong customer focus. Someone who is confident and able to work on own initiative whilst prioritising work and demands. We’d like you to have experience of financial management to include managing budgets, and have experience of managing services, buildings and contractors.
This role also requires someone who can lead diverse teams and create a culture of customer focused performance. You’ll understand the complexities of community run services, understand food safety and hospitality management and have the ability to work flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
