You will have excellent all-round experience in customer service within a Facilities Management or similar fast-paced environment. You will have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. You will have the ability to organise, plan and work effectively to meet deadlines, keeping calm under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
About the Role
'Customer Experience' is a dedicated and enthusiastic team and one of 13 service areas in Facilities Management, the largest support department at Edge Hill. The role of Service Delivery Coordinator will directly impact the FM contribution of an outstanding campus experience that drives the attraction, recruitment and retention of our students and wider Edge Hill Community. You have an opportunity to be a key driver in delivering an excellent customer experience for University stakeholders through building collaborative and supportive working relationships.
