We are looking for an Apprentice Analyst (1 post) to join our Analytics & Insight team.

It is essential that you are qualified to GSCE level C or above in Maths and English and that you are keen, enthusiastic and a team player with good communication skills. 

Through work experience, studying, training and development (both practical and vocational), you will complete a course of study and be working towards a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship (2 year apprenticeship) with The Learning Curve Group. There is a blended approach to delivery which could include webinars, face-to-face, Skype, telephone and online learning.

In this role you will support the Analytics and Insight Team in the analysis, interpretation and production of data and performance reporting for the organisation to ensure that consistent and valid data standards and quality are maintained. You will provide timely, accurate and intelligent data and analysis/insight to inform strategic and operational decision making. You will collaborate with colleagues in order to develop relationships to understand requirements and deliver reporting across all business areas.

It is desirable that you have experience of working with data, and an interest in analysis. You will have an inquisitive mind with the ability to find and solve problems and a strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile.
