About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Compliance Officer vacancy to join our Finance team in London on a permanent full-time basis.
What we’re looking for
Reporting into the Head of Treasury or Treasury Manager, we are looking for someone who will ensure that all Guinness lending covenant and compliance requirements are met on time. You will manage and monitor loan and bond reporting for all Guinness entities, along with organising valuations of property security portfolios. You’ll review future collateral requirements and work with the Treasury Security Analyst to ensure secured headroom is available. This role interacts with key internal and external stakeholders; we’re a customer-focussed organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do.
You’ll also be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in reviewing financial and management accounts.
- Numerical aptitude.
- Ability to understand legal documentation
- Demonstrable negotiating skills.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Good attention to detail with ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet agreed deadlines.
- Good oral and written communications.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
- Economics / Finance / Accounting degree
- Part qualified accountant (CCAB), treasurer (AMCT), financial analyst (CFA)
