Development & Sales Coordinator
What is the role?
Excellent customer service is important to Silva Homes, we want to have a great relationship with our customer from first contact. This role is all about how we achieve our targets and deliver a great service to home buyers.
Your job will be to deliver that sales and marketing service from inception to completion. This will mean you will have to manage a range of professional sales services including but not limited to;
·Providing feedback on new opportunities, preparing sales & marketing strategies, writing procedures, site visits, affordability checks, preparation of marketing materials, marketing, viewings, customer liaison, instructing solicitors, research, performance monitoring and management, programming, budgeting, reporting, statutory compliance, audit and customer satisfaction.
We need you to work with a wide range of people including customers, internal colleagues and external professionals such as solicitors, financial advisors, valuers and marketing agencies in the delivery of the sales service. This is a role for someone who loves a challenge and wants to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
