We are looking to recruit a Fire Safety Customer Programme Manager.

At the Hyde Group, we see a future that creates a great home for everyone. We are a leading provider of affordable homes. We are doers - professional, ambitious, and open. Together, our values reflect an organisation built on a culture of achievement.

As a Fire Safety Customer Programme Manager, you will co-ordinate all customer facing elements of the Fire Safety Remedial Programme across all departments. You will also ensure that teams are working together to deliver clear updates to customers about progress of works or tasks being completed and any associated impact on customers.

Duties of a Fire Safety Customer Programme Manager:

  • As a key part of the Resident Services team, ensure all business efforts are focused towards providing the best customer experience for residents impacted by works.
  • Identify and track all schemes having work completed on them under the Safer Homes Programme or other Property Services teams and log these on a project plan.
  • Ensure teams involved in responding to customers meet all required deadlines; all deliverables to be completed in line with agreed timescales.
  • Engage on a regular basis with the programme/project sponsors and stakeholders and ensure broad awareness, engagement and communication.
  • Collate all risks identified under each Safer Homes project and log these as part of a wider Fire Safety Communications risk register.
  • Ensure that all services have effective and innovative policies, procedures and systems covering all aspects of work.

We offer a great flexible benefits package, a 35-hour working week, a fantastic pension scheme and the opportunity to work for an organisation whose social purpose is to help provide people with a home.

Diversity and inclusion are integral to the Hyde Group as a social business, and critical in delivering our vision of a great home for everyone. We strive to build and nurture a culture where inclusivity is the norm and not an initiative.  Many of the greatest ideas and discoveries come from a diverse mix of minds, backgrounds and experiences, and we’re committed to cultivating an inclusive workplace which reflects our customer profile and where everyone is proud to be unique.
