This role drives our business – the people and services you’ll be responsible for are why we exist, and they set the agenda for every part of Trent & Dove. We need an experienced and energetic leader to make sure that every hour and pound we spend makes a positive difference to local customers and communities.

Leading a team of 27 staff, you will champion excellence and build ever-stronger opportunities for residents to shape what we do and how we do it. We want the voices and priorities of customers to be at the heart of all our decisions, practice and investment.

You’ll be a dynamic and effective manager, with experience of working with diverse teams in a pressurised setting. You’ll also be knowledgeable, well-connected and involved in external networks and groups that can help to inspire and improve our approach.

We’ll need you to play a prominent role in promoting fairness and inclusion, supporting digital transformation and enabling lower-carbon living.

Company

Created in 2001, we’re a charitable housing association providing more than 6.000 affordable homes for rent and shared ownership across East Staffordshire, South Derbyshire, and North West Leicestershire. We’re an organisation that’s driven to make a difference – by transforming homes, lives and communities.

We play a vital role in reducing homelessness and offer a wide range of extra support to enable people and neighbourhoods to thrive. We live and work by our values of passion, integrity, excellence, local/regional focus, people and partnerships.

We’re proud to be part of the PlaceShapers network of more than a hundred community-based housing providers, committed to a wider role for housing in health, education, skills, employment, inclusion and protecting the environment.

We aim to be a great place to work – providing competitive rewards, flexible working options and opportunities for every member of our team to achieve their potential.
