This role is about helping our customers to live happy, independent and successful lives, by offering specialist homes and tailored support to meet their needs. It involves building and maintaining strong partnerships with a wide range of statutory and other agencies, including Social Services, the police and local voluntary groups.

Leading a team of 24 staff, you will manage these relationships and help households to sustain their tenancies through targeted support for health and wellbeing, personal safety, financial stability and digital inclusion. You’ll also be responsible for our Housing First projects and other initiatives to prevent and reduce homelessness.

You’ll be a strategic thinker and leader, with the ability to motivate people and manage complex services and budgets to maximise our impact and income. You’ll have strong knowledge and awareness of the law, regulation and best practice relating to supported housing, including safeguarding and responses to domestic abuse.

We’ll need you think and work beyond our current horizons – finding ways to grow and extend the supported housing service to new groups and through innovative approaches to boosting quality of life.

We’re an organisation that’s driven to make a difference – by transforming homes, lives and communities.

We play a vital role in reducing homelessness and offer a wide range of extra support to enable people and neighbourhoods to thrive. We live and work by our values of passion, integrity, excellence, local/regional focus, people and partnerships.

We’re proud to be part of the PlaceShapers network of more than a hundred community-based housing providers, committed to a wider role for housing in health, education, skills, employment, inclusion and protecting the environment.

We aim to be a great place to work – providing competitive rewards, flexible working options and opportunities for every member of our team to achieve their potential.
