Development Data Analyst

Full Time (37.5 hpw)
Hybrid location: Working from home and our office in Gosforth, Newcastle
Salary c£32,000 per annum (negotiable depending on skills and experience).

We have a brilliant opportunity for you to join us as Development Data Analyst where you’ll be providing analytical support and management information to colleagues across our Development team.  This is an exciting time to support us in our strategic priority to build the right homes in the right places for our customers.

You’ll use your eye for detail to identify, analyse and report upon various aspects of our new build and regeneration development programme, sales activity, and the financial performance of our projects.   There’s lots to get your creative juices flowing as you build tools and reports to support the effective identification, tracking and management of our progress against our strategic targets.  You’ll be enabling our colleagues and stakeholders to have the information that they need at their fingertips.

You’ll be working for Chris, our Business Intelligence Manager who is passionate about delivering quality business insights that enable us to achieve our goals on time and to budget. A bit about you
You’ll be highly analytical with excellent report writing and presentation skills.  You be brilliant at linking data with research to present written reports and numerical data in an accessible and compelling way.  With previous experience of working with business-critical data and multiple data sets, you’ll be able to see the wider picture when analysing data.  You’ll be able to provide our leadership team with valuable insights into our business performance. You’ll really impress us with your organisational ability and brilliant skills in using Microsoft Excel and VBA. Ideally, you’ll have experience in using Microsoft Power BI too.

This a hybrid working role, working across our office in Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne and from home too.
