A major developer of new homes in Northern Ireland, we pride ourselves on being a bit different. We want to inspire our people to leave a positive experience, believe in better and achieve together, and to make a difference every day.

Having recently appointed our new Chief Executive, we’re an organisation looking to grow, change and embrace opportunity. Quality design is important to us and we build great homes. We have an ambitious plan to deliver 1,400 much needed homes over the next five years, and as our new Executive Director of Development and New Business, you will use your wide network and passion for innovating to shape and lead how we achieve this.

With a desire to see communities thrive, sound business acumen and strong financial nous, you will lead and deliver the growth strategy for the Clanmil Housing Group, in line with strategic goals. You will have a proven track record as a strong, collaborative leader, be resilient and have an appetite for calculated risk.

We are proud of our values, culture and social difference. If you share a similar desire and want to be part of our exciting next phase, come and join us.

If this excites you, then please get in touch to find out more about the role. Together we can make a difference. Our homes and services change lives.
